Shipping, Returns, and Order Terms
We take all necessary care to ensure your products are checked before they are neatly packed and shipped through reputed courier services. We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with us.
Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day.
As our fabrics are specially cut to order, we are unable to accept cancellations, modifications, or refunds once an order has been placed. We kindly request you to review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

These fabrics are handloom woven, handcrafted, and/or hand printed using vegetable dyes. Slight irregularities in the motif and colour shade may occur due to the handmade process. These variations are a hallmark of fabrics made by hand.
Since the fabric is dyed using natural vegetable dyes, it may rub off when dry or bleed colour when it comes in contact with water for the first time.
We take care to check your products before packing and shipping them. Products can be returned or exchanged only if they arrive damaged.
Exchanges and returns may be charged ₹300, as we incur a three-way courier charge and charge you only for one way. A store credit will be issued for the order value and will be valid for 120 days.
Refunds will be issued only in cases where we are unable to ship your order.
International Shipping Terms:
Return shipping charges for international orders shall be borne by the buyer. Once the returned goods are received in the same condition as they were sent, we will arrange to issue a store credit. Please allow up to 3 business days after the goods are received.

For international orders, our responsibility is limited to shipping the order from our origin city. We will use the preferred courier service mentioned by you for shipping international orders. However, once the order leaves our country, there is limited scope for our intervention.
We shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or issue arising due to different customs rules and regulations in different countries. By placing an order with us, you agree to the above terms and accept that payment for your order is due once the order has been shipped from our origin city.
We do not process refunds once an order has been placed.
